We make custom orders! 

For wedding registries and dinnerware, please send an inquiry to muddabbers@gmail.com with your name and phone number, and a potter will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

All other orders, please see below for more information.

How to Place an Order

To place an order, please send the following information to muddabbers@gmail.com.  For the best ordering experience, please provide this information when placing your order:

• Item(s) you'd like to order
• Quantity desired
• Glaze color(s) desired (see below for glaze options)
• Your phone number (in case the potter needs to contact you)
• Shipping address (if applicable) and any gift messages you wish to include
• Photos (if applicable) (this is recommended if you're replacing a broken piece, matching an existing piece, etc.)

Custom orders are typically ready within 6-8 weeks. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order. Production times will be longer for larger quantities and for copper glazes (marked with a * below). For your convenience, we will provide a time estimate when you place your order.

Payment is not due until your order is complete. Shipping cost will vary based on destination and size/weight of the finished product.

Glaze Options

All our glazes are lead free and food safe. All our pottery is microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. We mix all our own glazes right here in our Balsam, NC studio.
